The Alpha Phi Omega - Beta Sigma - Tau Gamma Phi joint medical mission will be held on July, 1999 on the heels of the inauguration of the Rotary Club of Lucena South, International District 3820's swearing-in ceremonies at Queen Margarette Court in Lucena City, Philippines. The mission, originally targeted for April, 1999, will be held to closely coincide with the ushering-in of a new set of officers for Rotary year 2000 which includes yours truly as director for international affairs. The medical mission, in the name of the APO-BE-TGP combine-members of RCLS District 3820, was slightly delayed to give way to other commercial sponsors of the same periodically-sponsored missions.
